Dec. 1 - In spite of an exhausting shopping spree, Angela and Michelle came over to Chapel Hill to tea. I was so glad they were able to see my home, we chattered away sharing family memories, it was a lovely afternoon. Hopefully Angela will have another visit next year, it's a long way from Hong Kong, she has settled in to Hong Kong and enjoying the lifestyle. but now she has a new granddaughter as well her 3 daughters, and lots of extended family all over the US.   Angela gave me some lovely Christmas gifts we don't see in the US.                                       A beautifully Hong Kong-made Christmas card,                                and  an elegant hand towel for the oven rail.                              ...

A Britcellist's World -  Welcome to my new monthly blog at Blogger! Sadly, my Cozi blog of 12 years was shut down on November 23rd, 2020.    It was too much for that company having to deal with millions of subscribers and photos.  This new blog will be short but very sweet to finish up the end of November.  November 24 -  I teach live to an adult student! She has a lovely house - we can be out on the patio in the back, in the garage if it's chilly or on this day, on the front porch. You can just about see her cello on the chair - I was very nervous about it falling off😨 We had just finished a good lesson in the warm sun.    Nov. 26 - A very special Thanksgiving this year with my niece Angela, who had come from Hong Kong to be with her eldest daughter and new baby for a few weeks.
